Cancellation/Deposit Policy Update – Effective January 1, 2026 Beginning January 1st, 2026, I will be implementing a 30% cancellation fee for any color/chemical appointment that is canceled, as well as for no-shows. In order for this to work, I will be requiring a 30% (of total price) non-refundable deposit upon booking any color/chemical service to cover the cost of products used during your service. If you reschedule, your deposit will go towards the rescheduled appointment. After two rescheduled appointments, you must pay the deposit again to reschedule. I want to kindly remind everyone that doing hair is not something I do “for fun”—it is my career and my livelihood. When appointments are canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, that time cannot be filled, and it directly impacts my income. This policy helps ensure that my schedule and business can run smoothly and sustainably. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
